He then served as Chief Financial Officer at AIDS Arms, Inc. dba Prism Health North Texas for two decades and as a key member of the executive team, led a 3000% revenue growth by providing astute stewardship of financial strategy and resource utilization. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, the Dallas Business Journal voted him a finalist for the CFO of the year award in 2015 and 2022. Gilbert is a recognized leader and mentor, skilled at connecting individuals and groups to help achieve common goals. He is currently the Board Chair for Ivorians in Texas, a Board member and Treasurer of Mosaic Family Services and served on the Board of Ryan White Clinics for 340B Drug Pricing Access Program for 4 years.
